Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Institute of Health Sciences, Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD officiated the 15th International Summer Medical School Programme.

The student exchange programme provided an opportunity for six students from the Faculty of Medicine, Kagawa University, Japan, to experience life as students at UBD, learning about the country's culture and traditions aside from forging international friendships and enhancing clinical and communication skills. It was launched by His Excellency Yutaka Kikuta, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the country.
